To obtain a guarantee, you must:
– Comprehensive replacement of parts that are part of a single technical unit.
– Satisfactory condition of the undercarriage (satisfactory undercarriage means the absence of cracks and tears of rubber products; the size of the wheels must comply with the recommendations of the car manufacturer; no backlash and extraneous noise in the suspension elements, steering and ball joints of the suspension).
– Replacement of the set of shock absorbers + dusters + bumpers, a filled warranty card and the passage of the camber-convergence adjustment.
– The client is obliged to monitor the condition of the anther SHRUB.
– When replacing the timing belt and/or the Drive belt, it is necessary to replace the rollers, seals and tensioner.
– The chassis parts can be changed in pairs, relative to the symmetrical arrangement on the axis of the car.
– The hub bearing must be changed with the oil seal.
The warranty does not apply to auto parts:
– in case of mechanical damage to auto parts or violation of the storage conditions of spare parts, as well as in case of violation of the integrity of the packaging (if the product is new and has not been installed).
– when installing auto parts that do not meet the requirements of the manufacturer (the product is selected according to the sample), the installed stock does not correspond to the OEM catalog number of the spare part for the selected car.
– in case changes are made to the design of the auto parts.
– if there are structural changes in the elements of the chassis of the car, a change in the clearance height / non-standard suspension elements (spacers, dampers)
– if the auto part has failed as a result of violation of the rules of operation and maintenance of the car.
– in case of minor fogging in the sealing areas.
– in case of violation of the time limits for replacement of spare parts specified by the car manufacturer.
– in case of corrosion of suspension elements, wheels, brake discs, pads, fasteners of aggregates, other components and parts in direct contact with an aggressive environment
– when performing warranty repairs, consumables (such as lubricants, dust covers, any auto chemicals, bolts (including camber) are paid separately and are not subject to warranty refund.
– the warranty does not apply to parts that have failed due to natural wear.
– the warranty does not apply to parts and assemblies that have failed due to the use of low-quality fuel or other technical fluid.
– the warranty does not apply to parts and assemblies installed on cars participating in sports events, races or other competitions.
– the warranty does not apply to parts that have failed as a result of an accident (accident), parts that have failed due to breakdown (failure) of related parts or elements affecting the operation of warranty parts.
– the warranty does not apply to parts that have failed due to natural accelerated wear due to the individual characteristics of the car’s control (rapid wear of the brake discs or brake linings)
The procedure for fulfilling warranty obligations:
In order to fulfill warranty obligations, the end buyer must provide the seller who sells the goods with the following documents:
1. A statement written in free form. The application must specify the full name, registration address, make and year of manufacture of the car, frame or VIN number of the car, description of the warranty case.
2. A receipt (work order) for the purchase (installation) of a spare part for which warranty measures are required.
3. If the replacement / installation was carried out at an un-certified service station, then it is necessary to provide an act / conclusion of the station that installed the part about the malfunction with a full description of the problem and the reason for the failure of the warranty part.
4. For certified service stations, only a purchase receipt is sufficient to confirm the warranty case.
5. The period for consideration of a warranty case from an un-certified station, by the Ti•GUAR warranty department or by the root distributor warranty department in the territory of the Russian Federation, is up to 30 days.
6. The period of consideration of the warranty case from a certified service station, the Ti•GUAR warranty department or the root distributor warranty department in the territory of the Russian Federation is up to 1 day.
7. In the process of analyzing the warranty case, the Ti•GUAR warranty department or the warranty department of the root distributor in the territory of the Russian Federation has the right to request additional documents, explanations for the repair performed or to re-schedule diagnostics at the service station specified by the warranty department in order to identify objective reasons for the failure of the part or to conduct a more thorough analysis.
The warranty obligations of Ti•GUAR come into force from the moment the part is sold to the buyer.
The warranty obligations of Ti•GUAR apply only to parts installed at service stations that have a license (permit) to carry out repair work, leading the necessary accompanying documentation in the form of an Act of completed work, an order supported by an official seal and signatures.
The warranty obligations of Ti•GUAR for spare parts installed independently (not at a service station), or at stations without the organization of an official legal entity (or sole proprietor), is 14 days from the date of purchase.
Ti•GUAR and its direct representatives and distributors do not undertake obligations to compensate for the delivery of the car to the repair area upon the occurrence of a warranty event.
The cost of repair and replacement of warranty parts carried out at service stations not participating in the TI•GUAR Titanium Warranty program and not certified by the TI•GUAR brand is non-refundable.

Ti•GUAR Titanium warranty for certified service stations:

For service stations certified by the Ti•GUAR brand (or its representative), a program of compensation for the cost of warranty repairs is provided.
The price list for reimbursement of the cost of warranty repairs can be found in the Ti•GUAR Certification agreement.
Compensation does not apply to works not listed in the list and may not exceed the cost of the works specified in this price list.
