2What is the difference between Tiguar car parts and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)?

There are no difference in quality. The difference may be only in appearance of the items, due to auto manufactures requirement related to protection of intellectual property

3How do we control our quality? is the quality differ in each manufacturing plant?

The main aim of Tiguar’s production is to produce good quality auto parts in accordance with car manufacture specifications. Our parts go through quality control at each stage of production- starting with quality control of the raw materials and finishing with test of the finished product in our laboratories. All our manufacturing plants have strict quality standards: all new bunch of parts g through automotive and manual inspections.

4What is the warranty period on our products?

All our products have warranty. Every auto part under brand Tiguar in case of defects can be replaced or customer have a right to ask for a refund. To learn more about our guaranty go to “guaranty policy”page.

6How long does it take to introduce new part in line?

It takes a minimum 1 year. 3 to 6 month it takes to design a product? depending on manufacturing loading, from 6 to one year production of test line and just then product introduction to the market.

7How Tiguar tackle counterfeiting?

We are taking major measures to prevent a forgery. Our layers together with police regularly check market for the counterfeiting and take actions accordingly.
